Itinerary

Day 1, Arrival in Guwahati – Kamakhya Temple Darshan

Welcome to Assam! Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, our representative will receive you. Start your journey with a spiritual visit to the Kamakhya Temple, located atop Nilachal Hill. Known for its powerful energy and spiritual importance, the temple is one of the 51 Shakti Peethas. After darshan, check in to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a scenic sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra River.

Day 2, Guwahati to Kaziranga – Into the Wild

After breakfast, drive to Kaziranga National Park (approx. 5 hours). On the way, enjoy the lush countryside and rolling hills of Assam. Upon arrival, check into a resort near the park. Spend your evening relaxing or attending an Assamese cultural show hosted by local performers.

Day 3, Kaziranga Safari – Spot the One-Horned Rhino

Early morning, set out for an Elephant Safari through the central zone of Kaziranga—home to the famous one-horned rhinoceros, elephants, swamp deer, and various bird species. After breakfast, embark on a Jeep Safari in a different zone for a richer wildlife experience. Post lunch, visit the Kaziranga Orchid and Biodiversity Park.

Day 4, Return to Guwahati – Cultural Exploration

After breakfast, head back to Guwahati. En route, stop for tea garden views and local Assamese snacks. After checking in, visit the Assam State Museum and the Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra, a cultural institution showcasing the art, culture, and history of Assam.

Day 5, Departure – Farewell Assam!

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey with the blessings of Maa Kamakhya and memories of Assam’s wild and sacred wonders.
